peryasafe operates under Philippine gaming laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each player is permitted one peryasafe account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and peryasafe ("peryasafe," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at peryasafe.asia.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the peryasafe platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. peryasafe is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of peryasafe is lawful in your jurisdiction. peryasafe makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) peryasafe account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. peryasafe reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.
KYC Verification: peryasafe may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of peryasafe, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peryasafe login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. peryasafe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify peryasafe customer support immediately. peryasafe may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your peryasafe account, whether or not you authorized that activity. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your account are your sole responsibility.
3.4 Personal Use Only. Your peryasafe account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use another person's account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. peryasafe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Available payment methods may change from time to time at peryasafe's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on peryasafe are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by peryasafe and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. peryasafe aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. peryasafe does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. peryasafe reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the peryasafe account.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. peryasafe is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. peryasafe reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by peryasafe are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. peryasafe reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Note: peryasafe bonuses are intended for recreational players. Players who consistently demonstrate patterns inconsistent with recreational play may have their bonus eligibility restricted at peryasafe's sole discretion.
5.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available to eligible Philippine residents only. peryasafe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games on peryasafe use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action beyond the normal rules of the game.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, peryasafe reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. peryasafe's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. peryasafe reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, where the odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, or where peryasafe has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
6.4 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets are subject to additional rules specific to each sport and event type. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, the official result as recognized by the relevant governing body shall be determinative.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the peryasafe platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the peryasafe platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the property of peryasafe or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. peryasafe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use any peryasafe trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without the prior written consent of peryasafe. Unauthorized use of peryasafe intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. peryasafe provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While peryasafe makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, peryasafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. peryasafe's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peryasafe account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. peryasafe is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
10.1 Privacy Policy. peryasafe's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using peryasafe, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Security. peryasafe implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and peryasafe cannot guarantee absolute data security.
10.3 Philippine Data Privacy Act. peryasafe processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. 12.1 Termination by peryasafe. peryasafe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where peryasafe reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; or (d) it is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the peryasafe platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your peryasafe account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. peryasafe will process the closure within a reasonable time after receiving your request.

Where changes are material, peryasafe will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the peryasafe platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact peryasafe customer support at [email protected] and allow peryasafe a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. peryasafe aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
14.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through peryasafe's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine gaming regulatory authority. peryasafe will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
14.4 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.
